The concert for 3rd album for 6 days from Jan 11 at Chamsil
Gymnasium in Seoul.
About U$400,000 was spent. The brand-new speaker
system was introduced for the first time in Korea by this concert. So, Seotaiji
was confident about this concert to be competitive in worldwide class.
In spite of the rumor of Satan and avoiding army service, this successful
concert led extraordinary reaction and criticism that it opened new era
of concert in Korea.

and Boys was introduced in TIME with the title of ¡°MUSIC SOUTH KOREA TURNING
THE BEAT¡±. This magazine, TIME, wrote about the meaning and concepts of
their 3rd album in ¡°SIGHTINGS¡± which introduced popular culture of the
world.
'¡®Their
songs with profound and heavy themes made great success, breaking the general
belief that the song contained political and social problems can¡¯t win
popularity in Korea. And, this top singer achieved total 5,000,000 copies
of album sales in such a small country.¡¯, TIME explained. Also, TIME added
explanation of each member of Seotaiji and Boys and Seotaiji¡¯s desire for
making steps to the world.
