Dec. 29th, 31st, & Jan. 2nd Taiji-Newsletter Hi! A sort of ticket war is taking place on several of Taiji fan sites. Illegal ticket brokers are selling tickets with a premium. This is what our fans should be wary of. You¡¯d better turn your attention to local concerts. I hope all our fans to help prevent those kinds of mean commercial acts from corrupting the spirit of Taiji concerts. We issued some invitation tickets, about 100 or 150 per concert, for staffs, planners, acquaintances, or mass-media reporters. Those with invitation tickets will enter after people with paid tickets are admitted. It has been finally decided that Taiji would not attend the Top Ten Singers Award on MBC. It¡¯s because the ceremonial form of awarding a prize is against Taiji¡¯s conception of his musical activity. Besides, other problems like the size of broadcasting equipments and staffs get in the way of even a simultaneous broadcast. You all know that the concert on Dec. 31st begins at 10 p.m. and continues until 4:30 a.m.? It¡¯ll take sort of Rock & Hiphop festival form like the Hardcore 2000 festival. Core Magazine and CB-Mass will play as opening bands at 10:00. After Taiji¡¯s performance and countdown, Rainysun and 45rpm will be on stage as interval guests. And then you¡¯ll have a break time for half an hour with some refreshments we prepared. The following guests are Silver Spoon, Honey Family, Diablo, Expression, Crow, and YG Family. Finally, Taiji will end with some songs. This list of guest bands or the order they appear on stage might be changed. Some fans were curious of the songs aired in your entrance and exit. The songs were picked by the guest rapper Wu Jinwon from the second album, titled Understanding, of Memphis Bleek, a New York Brooklyn gangster hiphop musician. I hope all of you enjoy this meaningful last concert that will give you memories lasting forever. Happy New Year! The new year has been blessed by white snow! Since Taiji is with us, I feel like we can¡¯t be more blessed. We are left with local concerts, Pusan on Jan. 6, Taejon on 9th, Changwon on 13th, Jeonju on 15th and Taegu on 17th. How long the local fans have been waiting for this opportunity! Now, it¡¯s time for our local fans to rock. Of course, I hope our Seoul fans also take part in these local concerts. You can get tickets in the same way by using Cheil Bank or Ticketlink. The entrance numbering program will be available on www.sconcert.co.kr or www.tri3.co.kr from 6 p.m. Jan, 4. The local concert places are bigger than the 88 Stadium, so almost all audiences could enjoy Taji¡¯s performance in standing. The posters for promotion will be distributed this weekend. Keep watch on those posters lest they are taken off. Those planning to go to Pusan concert should hurry up to be in time, since the neighboring area is notorious for its heavy traffic. Next time, I¡¯ll report the direction to the concert places and other things in more details. You already heard that all of Taiji¡¯s stage costumes, three pairs of shoes, and even sunglasses had been gone. It seems to have happened in between the concerts, sometime after Dec. 25 and before Dec. 30. I guess Taiji must have been embarrassed by this unexpected incidence, although he didn¡¯t show his offended feelings outwardly. He just remarked, ¡°we¡¯re lucky yet with those instruments not gone. We can play.¡± The camcorder was returned in half an hour, though. The coordinators made two costumes in haste. Let¡¯s be in control of our love not to make it go wrong this way. While the guest bands were playing, Taiji was watching TV monitors to see how the bands are playing with you. Isn¡¯t he really our cute stalker? ^^ Taji went out of the stadium as soon as he¡¯s finished with his performance. He felt sorry to know that you continued to applaud for encore. So, please, don¡¯t be displeased. You guys had a great fun, right? Nothing about publishing a concert video or live album has been decided yet. Let¡¯s wait for Taiji¡¯s decision in patience.
